How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping (4–7 business days) is $5.99. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is $12.99. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. To start a return, email us at support@unitedsta.com with your order number.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry about that. Please email support@unitedsta.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us immediately at support@unitedsta.com. We'll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in fulfillment.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet — but it's on our list. In the meantime, our products arrive in clean, minimal packaging that works well for gifting.
